Preventive Annual Maintenance Program
At Lester's Garage Doors, we recommend yearly maintenance on your garage door and garage door opener in order to keep both in excellent working order, and detect potential problems
(such as worn springs or rollers) before they become hazardous. Don't wait until your garage door fails!
Our Yearly Maintenance plan includes all of the following:
- Annual reminder to schedule your maintenance appointment
- Lubricate garage door and opener (as needed) to keep them working smoothly and quietly
- Align the garage door for smooth operation
- Tighten all bolts
- Check all safety functions and moving parts
- Check all remotes, keypad and wall button
- Inspection of garage door and opener systems for any worn parts
- We will report any potential problems to you and give you a quote for any additional recommended work
