The garage door openers sold by Lester's Garage Doors in Gainesville are professional models that can last two times longer than discount retail models. We warranty all our own products and labor! We also handle the warranty “in-house” whereas many retail companies do not. This means, if you have a problem with your garage door opener, you can call us directly and we will come to your home in the Gainesville area to repair your opener, rather than you going through the run-around of dealing with the factory through an 800 # for the warranty.
With our long history of reliably installing openers in Gainesville and the surrounding areas, we have installed and serviced tens of thousands of openers. Some of the openers we installed more than 30 years ago are still in service and working well today! You can be assured that we will be around to provide service well after the warranty period is over, which is not necessarily the case with other service companies.
Since the garage door is the largest moving object in your house, it is important that the opener have safety sensors to detect an obstacle in the path of the door. All openers produced after 1993 come standard with this feature. If you have an older model, produced before 1993, without safety sensors, it is important to consider replacing your garage door opener with a professional model for your family's safety.
