Lester’s is top tier! After trying out other local companies, I’m glad I noticed the old Lester’s sticker on my garage door. They couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. I reached out through their website over the weekend, and Mark was in touch with me by early Monday morning. He offered me the consideration and help that I had been searching for, and got my door back up and running in no time! If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable people who do great work, this is the place!

My wife and I just had our two door garage doors replaced by Lester’s. It was a wonderful experience for us. The installer was excellent and completed the task in one day. The new doors are beautiful and work wonderfully. Eddie Hoeft has been a friend of mine for 47 years and he has established a first class business here in Gainesville. I would give Lester’s my unqualified recommendation for anyone needing this work.

Our "new" home that we moved into in Feb.2023, had just marked it's 40th year on May 1st since it was originally sold. On a Saturday afternoon May 13th it's double wide garage door totally cashed in it's chips and folded up in the middle like a cheap suit case . Our realtor who handled the sale recommended Lester's, as did our next door neighbor who helped me patch up enough of the garage door so it at least was somewhat closed up until help could arrive. Though I knew they were closed on Saturdays, I called Lester's around 4:30 that afternoon, and left my message. On Monday morning I received a call from Mark Wood at Lester's and I texted him a pic of the damage. He arrived at our home shortly after to give us a quote on replacing it.
We agreed to go ahead and am very glad we did. On Weds morning, Cameron and Anthony arrived to do the installation. Speaking as someone who knows a little about craftsmanship ( I've built furniture for over 50 years and also mechanical things, I went to automotive trade school in my high school years, worked in the trade and built my own race cars etc) I will say I was greatly impressed at how they did everything from start to finish. I saw firsthand the reason they have been in business 54 years. -
Lesters is a first class outfit. Reliable, prompt and capable. Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. They had it fixed early Monday morning. Amazing service.

Lester's did an amazing job at replacing our garage door which was old and stopped opening. It was stuck closed and started buckling outwardly. Our new one is so smooth and quiet. It looks great! Eddie was absolutely fantastic to work with and very professional. He was flexible with our schedule and always prompt to reply. We had a slight issue with the inspection, which was not Eddie's fault. Our county's inspector did not honor the agreement put in place to ensure someone would be home for the inspection. They didn't call when they were supposed to and as a result, they billed us for the missed visit. Eddie resolved the situation for us and we were not held liable. He went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend Lester's to anyone in need of a new door.

Our 25 year old garage door broke with our car stuck inside. Lester’s sent out service tech Nick right away who got the car out and ordered a new door. It was installed three days later by Cameron. Both Nick and Cameron were amazing. They were polite, professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Lester's since 1983 and keep an annual contract with them to maintain my door. When I finally had to replace the door, I was extremely pleased with the process from beginning to end. They provided all information for me to make a decision, kept me informed of each step of the process exactly as it was to happen and followed through. The service from my first call to the end of installation was superb. They are knowledgeable, dependable friendly and appreciative. I am very impressed with how Lester's operates and the personnel that make up their team.

We bought a garage door from Lester’s 20 years ago. We had the door serviced through out the years and unfortunately it was time to get a new one. We compared Lester’s quote with other company locally and the quote was comparable. Due to having our history, we decided to use Lester’s. Cameron was our installer. We were called the day before and the morning of with approx time frame. My parents are elderly and my father is immunocompromised. Cameron was cognizant with social distancing and protecting my parents. He was courteous informative and a hard worker. What a great representative for this company. Eddie was a very helpful contact and arranged everything expediently. We are grateful.

During a routine inspection, Lester's discovered that one of my garage door panels was cracking. They gave me multiple options. I chose to replace the door with a wind resistant, insulated door. The process was speedy, efficient, and reasonably priced. They did fabulous work throughout the process, and the door is gorgeous and SAFE as hurricane season starts. All during a pandemic.

What an amazing job!! Called on Tuesday and worked out the details. On Wednesday the old door and opener was removed and the new door with new opener was installed in 2.5 hours. Very professional and friendly installers. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a quality job done with quality materials.

I called Lester's Garage Doors first thing this morning after my door came off its track and was stuck while halfway open. Mark fit me into his schedule and arrived the same morning to fix a broken spring and cables. He was friendly, informative, swift, and thorough. I told him I feared I was going to need a new garage door, and he said he always tries to fix before he replaces. Good thing because the fix worked and was much less costly than a new door would have been. Thank you, Mark, and the Lester's team!

The springs on our garage door broke this week so we called Lester’s. Wonderful initial response from them and timely spring replacement the next day. They even asked if I needed assistance with lifting the door to get my cars out. Garage door repair employee was courteous and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to see this kind of service anymore. Kudos to Lester’s for a job well done!

We needed to replace the garage door at short notice and it looked like we might have to wait for 2 weeks to get it replaced. Then an acquaintance sent us Eddie's number so we called him.
He was able to determine the specifications needed for the door from the pictures he asked me to send to him. He sent the estimates and all the information needed for us to make a decision. He came by on Monday morning, and we had a beautiful, working garage door the next day.
Eddie is very professional, courteous and personable. He listens to what the customer wants, makes suggestions, and works with the customer's schedule. Ed Drevermann, Eddie's coworker assigned to do the work was also very friendly and professional. He tidied up after him and we now have a garage that is sturdier, opens quietly, and neatly installed.
I would recommend Eddie anytime. -
The installers from Lester’s Garage Doors are to be commended on they’re craftsmanship. They replaced my damaged door in 2 hours with absolutely no problems. They had all materials needed for the installation!!!

Had Mark coming me out to fix a broken door spring. He had everything replaced and the work completed in less than an hour. The work is careful and done with friendly service. The price was a pleasant surprise, too. Very affordable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Lester's installed my garage door opener decades ago! I had to have it serviced this past week(first time). Mark came out and cleaned it thoroughly and it performs like it is brand new once again!! I would not think of calling anyone but Lester's for my garage door needs!!!

I contacted Lester's garage doors to service my garage door and see if they could replace the existing lock on the door itself. After meeting with Edward he suggested I install a remote door opening
and he would also service my garage door. I had no idea my garage door could be so quiet. You can't even hear my door opening and closing!! Edward provided the best service! I always recommend
