My wife and I just had our two door garage doors replaced by Lester’s. It was a wonderful experience for us. The installer was excellent and completed the task in one day. The new doors are beautiful and work wonderfully. Eddie Hoeft has been a friend of mine for 47 years and he has established a first class business here in Gainesville. I would give Lester’s my unqualified recommendation for anyone needing this work.

Our "new" home that we moved into in Feb.2023, had just marked it's 40th year on May 1st since it was originally sold. On a Saturday afternoon May 13th it's double wide garage door totally cashed in it's chips and folded up in the middle like a cheap suit case . Our realtor who handled the sale recommended Lester's, as did our next door neighbor who helped me patch up enough of the garage door so it at least was somewhat closed up until help could arrive. Though I knew they were closed on Saturdays, I called Lester's around 4:30 that afternoon, and left my message. On Monday morning I received a call from Mark Wood at Lester's and I texted him a pic of the damage. He arrived at our home shortly after to give us a quote on replacing it.
We agreed to go ahead and am very glad we did. On Weds morning, Cameron and Anthony arrived to do the installation. Speaking as someone who knows a little about craftsmanship ( I've built furniture for over 50 years and also mechanical things, I went to automotive trade school in my high school years, worked in the trade and built my own race cars etc) I will say I was greatly impressed at how they did everything from start to finish. I saw firsthand the reason they have been in business 54 years. -
Lesters is a first class outfit. Reliable, prompt and capable. Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. They had it fixed early Monday morning. Amazing service.

Lester's did an amazing job at replacing our garage door which was old and stopped opening. It was stuck closed and started buckling outwardly. Our new one is so smooth and quiet. It looks great! Eddie was absolutely fantastic to work with and very professional. He was flexible with our schedule and always prompt to reply. We had a slight issue with the inspection, which was not Eddie's fault. Our county's inspector did not honor the agreement put in place to ensure someone would be home for the inspection. They didn't call when they were supposed to and as a result, they billed us for the missed visit. Eddie resolved the situation for us and we were not held liable. He went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend Lester's to anyone in need of a new door.

Our 25 year old garage door broke with our car stuck inside. Lester’s sent out service tech Nick right away who got the car out and ordered a new door. It was installed three days later by Cameron. Both Nick and Cameron were amazing. They were polite, professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Lester's since 1983 and keep an annual contract with them to maintain my door. When I finally had to replace the door, I was extremely pleased with the process from beginning to end. They provided all information for me to make a decision, kept me informed of each step of the process exactly as it was to happen and followed through. The service from my first call to the end of installation was superb. They are knowledgeable, dependable friendly and appreciative. I am very impressed with how Lester's operates and the personnel that make up their team.

We bought a garage door from Lester’s 20 years ago. We had the door serviced through out the years and unfortunately it was time to get a new one. We compared Lester’s quote with other company locally and the quote was comparable. Due to having our history, we decided to use Lester’s. Cameron was our installer. We were called the day before and the morning of with approx time frame. My parents are elderly and my father is immunocompromised. Cameron was cognizant with social distancing and protecting my parents. He was courteous informative and a hard worker. What a great representative for this company. Eddie was a very helpful contact and arranged everything expediently. We are grateful.

During a routine inspection, Lester's discovered that one of my garage door panels was cracking. They gave me multiple options. I chose to replace the door with a wind resistant, insulated door. The process was speedy, efficient, and reasonably priced. They did fabulous work throughout the process, and the door is gorgeous and SAFE as hurricane season starts. All during a pandemic.

What an amazing job!! Called on Tuesday and worked out the details. On Wednesday the old door and opener was removed and the new door with new opener was installed in 2.5 hours. Very professional and friendly installers. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a quality job done with quality materials.
